HOME REPAIR GRANT PROGRAM

If you are in need of critical home repair and are in one of these categories we may be able to help with a one time grant for households under 50% County Median Income.

If you are low income you are eligible for a one time grant up to $1500.

​

If you are any of the following you are eligible for a one time grant up to $500:

  • A Veteran 

  • Disabled

  • 55 or older

  • Live in a Manufactured Home

  • And under 50% CMI

​

*Grants can be combined but total amount awarded cannot exceed $1500 per household.

We DO NOT pay the applicant(s) directly; any approved proceeds go to the Contractor or approved vendor directly.

 

Cosmetic only repairs are not eligible.

  • Must have verifiable income.

Application Guidelines

  • Must have income or proof of potential income—this includes unemployment, child support or other sources.

  • This program is able to serve the whole state of Wi.

  • Applicants must be under the 50% County Median Income. 

  • Applications are typically processed within 10 business days.
