We DO NOT pay the applicant(s) directly; any approved proceeds go to the Contractor or approved vendor directly. Cosmetic only repairs are not eligible.

Must have income or proof of potential income—this includes unemployment, child support or other sources.
This program is able to serve the whole state of Wi.
Applicants must be under the 50% County Median Income.
Applications are typically processed within 10 business days.
